Benedict Arnold Extra Special Bitter
- Our ESB is a rich, full-bodied English-style bitter, brewed with carefully selected malts and hops, giving a smooth, copper coloured beer, slightly dry and moderately hopped. The name can be misleading, as it is generally not particularly bitter. Colour – 11° SRM Bitterness – 49 IBU Alcohol - 5.5 %.
Confederation Cream Ale
A Cream Ale is related to American Lagers. Ours is brewed to be light and refreshing with a straw to pale golden color. Using top-fermenting yeast, our Cream Ale had had an extended period of conditioning to reduce fruity esters and gives the beer a cleaner flavour.
FogBound Hemp Pale Ale
This American style pale ale is brewed with pale and Munich malts, American hops, and crushed hemp seeds. The result is golden coloured ale, with hints of fruitiness balanced by a nutty characteristic from the hemp seeds. Light and refreshing. Colour - 5°SRM Bitterness- 36 IBU Alcohol - 5.1%.
Celtic Mist Irish Red Ale
Our Irish red ale is made with Pale, Munich and crystal malts, and English and American hops to give it a slightly sweet and fruity flavour. Generally lighter in alcohol content, with a nice caramel flavour from the malt balanced with a good hoppy taste. Colour – 16°SRM Bitterness – 42 IBU Alcohol – 5.0%
Seaworthy IPA
Our IPA is a beautiful copper-coloured English style IPA, rich in caramel malt character and well balanced with plenty of hops. An authentic India Pale Ale, this IPA is handcrafted for the true ale drinker. Colour – 13°SRM Bitterness – 80 IBU Alcohol – 5.5%
Indian Beach Nut Brown
A classic, British style Brown Ale, brewed with a blend of Canadian and European malts. Indian Beach Nut Brown is a medium-bodied, deep chestnut-brown dark ale, featuring LOCAL and ORGANIC hops grown in the spectacular St. John River Valley. Uncommonly smooth.
Sandpiper Pilsner
Our version of the most popular beer style in the world! This German-style pilsner uses lightly kilned malted barley, and spicy noble Saaz hops that define the aroma and flavour of this style. The head is white and dense and the body is straw colored. The aroma contains hops with a hint of graininess. The flavour is simple with light grain and hops bittering. The finish is clean and refreshing. Colour – 4.5°SRM Bitterness – 50 IBU Alcohol – 4.5%
Whistlepig Stout
This traditional dry American stout is brewed with 2-row and dark roasted malts and oatmeal, producing a nutty, chocolaty aroma, balanced with English hops to give it just the right balance of flavours. Colour - 35°SRM Bitterness - 42 IBU Alcohol - 5.1%.
